If you use your SWMBO's Mac, this is pretty easy. You have a few options:

1. Open the HTML file in TextEdit. It will open as a rendered web page view by default, and you can just trim out the pieces you don't want just like any other word processor.

2. Open the origional URL in Safari, then select what you want, choose copy (right click, or Cmd-C, or edit-copy) then paste it into TextEdit. Or you can drag and drop highlighted sections you want. This will include graphics and text formatting, but some of the more fancy HTML formatting might be lost.

Similar methods may work for you by opening the HTML file in Word or an equivalent Windows program, but I don't have easy access to Windows or Office currently to verify for you.
