It's a neat idea for a product, but I see a bunch of issues after reading Engadget's review. It seems very tough to place, I think the bamboo is nice and all but doesn't go with anything I own, the UI is fairly unattractive, it costs quite a bit, and the brighter than average green LED on front would drive me nuts. Then there's the issue that it's iOS only Maybe I'd feel better about it if there were an Android app, as I just completely set up my home with Z-Wave
