Well the Contacts, Calendar and docs (Notes) are both sourced from my work Exchange server synced to my local outlook and then synced to my hosted domain. In turn they sync to my Android phone. So backing them up basically done already.

Yes that is very round about but even when I ran Windows Mobile 6.5 with ActiveSync direct to Outlook it managed to stuff the calendar up many times mainly due to issues with timezones and not understanding that whilst it's Friday here, it's still Thursday in the US.
