Yeah, it seems it was in 2010 - I think I read somewhere that it was around 18 months ago.

But I hadn't updated since a long time before that, so I was pleasantly surprised that I wasn't running the last version to be developed. And now I see that a number of offshoots have been made, but I can't figure out why they're all still versioning their releases as 1.28. The ones I've seen screen shots of also mucked up the UI.
