Doug, I always liked ACDSee for easy photo editing. You may like that as well. It is just as expensive as Lightroom, but, there's a free (and less feature rich) version that may still have a basic perspective correction feature. I am not sure but it is worth trying.

I find myself using both ACDSee Pro and Lightroom 5. They are both really worth the money, I think.
