Yes. I'm using a Mac. You'll also want a USB to Serial adapter so you can upgrade the kernel. This one is a little pricey, but it works well and it's all-in-one. Honestly, WinXP in a virtual machine is probably your best option. You can run JEmplode (a Java version of Emplode) on the Mac, but it's a bit buggy.
