I got an update message when he updated his LinkedIn profile a couple of days ago. Which then got me googling. I notice he's backdated the change to December last year, so I suppose it was all hush hush for a bit.

It sounds like good news. I suppose being part of a big business like that will help insulate from the financial ups and downs experienced by smaller setups.
