aha!!!... Thanks Hugo. I'll have a look at this when I get the car back tomorrow. I guess the antenna is tuned more for the shorter wavelengths of FM than the longer wavelengths of AM, which is why it picks up FM reasonably well. Or am I talking complete b*ll*cks?
