That's not the way a fader works. When the fader is in the center position, the front and back are at full volume. When you fade to the back, the front speakers get quieter but the rear speakers stay the same.

So in your case, if the fader was accidentally set several notches to the rear, you would expect the overall volume to sound softer without an increase in the volume of the subwoofer.




Yes, but if the fader was pushed in that direction, I'd notice LESS volume. I'm noticing MORE.

I really don't THINK that my fader was originally shifted to the rear. I'm going to load 1.03 back on later today and see if it's just my imagination.

Anyways, the topend volume appears to be unchanged, it's the slope that ramps to that volume that I think has been changed.
