Actually, you already have a two connector cable in your Mark 2. Only the original Mark 1s shipped with a single drive cable. The hard drive upgrade is very easy to do. Just follow the FAQ. One note - it has been observed that the disk builder may or may not work with the Mark 2a (the RioCar with 16MB RAM). There are ways to build the drive manually, though.
