Not sure if this explains your problem, but many of these visuals have a bunch of different modes (trails, etc.) Funnelweb is probably the most varied.

In any case, there are a couple of modes in Oscope Zoom that look a lot like Osope Terra. Hitting 'Select Mode' on the Rio Remote should take care of it.
