Ok...But maybe the guys@empeg can do something. It's strange because it's only the volume + not working. And this only sometimes....

Perhaps it's just contact problem. If contacts are corroded or dirty they will add their (variable) resistance to that of 'regular' resistor and possibly confuse ADC that samples them.

Update: I didn't notice you talk about converter. How does it work?
