Sorry for the delay, I've been away the last week.

I've backed out the Hijack Kernel so now its just 2.0b3 dev version. Hardware is the rio model. (2.0a?)

The problem is still happening. The symptom is that when I turn off the ignition there is a loud thump and the unit shuts off completely. It does not go into standby. I didn't realize it was completely shutting down, however when I was running 1.03 dev I could access the unit via wireless ethernet on standby, whereas now the link light on my access point shows no connection. (and of course the led on the front panel is off)

I don't remember if 1.03 had a shutdown graphic, but it is now killing the display immediately.

I thought I would go back a release to 1.03 dev, to prove out the hardware (and my wiring).

Is it just a matter of re-installing the 1.03 kernel from emplode2.0b3 and then switching to the earlier version of emplode, or were there database changes....
