Emplode properties text fields don't support the full range of 8bit ASCII. This includes many Latin1 characters, such as accented "u's" etc. (ASCII 250 for example)

They will show up fine if you bring the MP3 pre-tagged, but yu can't input these characters yourself.

I'm tagging in MP3 Tag Studio to be able to verify the different characters right now instead.
