I recieved a 20Gb Mk2a that I intended on giving to my girlfriend and when I plugged it in to the wall outlet, it just gets hung up on the RIO logo and never completes boot up. Did anyone else have this problem, and if so what is the fix for it? Is there something that can be done by me or does it have to go back to customer support in UK to be repaired?
