So, I decided to borrow a promotional Dell receiver from a guy at work.

Wow! This thing is pretty cool. The sound totally blows away my RCA cable connection. My only complaint is the screen. Man is it hard to read! I think I'd have to buy one of those flat magnifying glasses you put in a window and see if I could rig it in front of the LCD.

I think the Rio Receiver is definitely worth the $99. This will be especially true once I setup a dedicated MP3 machine where I'll be ripping all my CDs to.

Now, if only I can convince the guy at work to let me have his...
