My advice - for what its worth ....

The real benefit to sound quality will be delivered by installing a sub woofer or bass tube.

For the least cost option, I would pick up a named brand amp to power your factory speakers, with an extra channel to power a tube or sub. Bass tubes arent that expensive and will add more value in terms of sound quality than upgrading the factory speakers.
