Well I believe the only input on the Sony units is the Bus input. if this is the case like it was on my Sony HU you have to do it one of two ways (Like stated in the FAQ)

1) Run the empeg through your HU using aux input. in this case you need to look into a product made by sony which converts the Unilink input into a real line level input. This unit is called XA-300 runs $99 and you can get if from Crutchfield.

2) Run the empeg as your many unit and use the input on the empeg. In this case the XA-300 is not needed.

I bought the XA-300 and I like running it better that way. Read the FAQ's it will give you more insight as how to actually hook it up, there is also another way you can hook it up using another device.

I suggest you just grab the XA-300 that way you won't have to rewire the Empeg to your amp..etc
