Knowing nothing about your abilities or your install this suggestion may not apply. Have you checked your ground connection? You do have power on both power leads, right? You've checked them with a meter, using the ground wire as the common? I was caught on this when I installed my unit in my CRX. It worked fine until I turned on the lights and then it stopped. I had used the dimmer wire from the car as my ground. It showed ground until the lights turned on but then it went high. If you have another sled or it is easy to remove it from your ride you might want to put it on a table and twist the two power leads together, then connect it to 12 volts through the harness to bench test it. Actually you could do this in the car as well. This would at least confirm where the problem is at. Hope this helps. Good Luck
