Correspond with Rob directly. Sounds to me like the "important" message was bounced when they were running through the 5000's. Since they had thousands of names to get through, and many of them bounced for real, you can't blame Rob for assuming you'd moved on and were unreachable

I got e-mail confirmation from Daniel (Gollup) in Customer Services a month ago about my queue # and e-mail address.

So, statistically...I'll probably be able to order within the first batch or so, you'd think, eh?
