Every day I remove my Rio from my deskmount, pop it in my car till I get to the train station and lug it in my backpack with the remote till I get to work where I plug it in at my desk. Well, the remote got a little roughed up in my backpack and dented the casing and cracked the circuit board. There's too much damage for me to be soldering little reconnecting wires. I was wondering if support be able to replace/repair this?
