doesnt look to good
when booted the HD spins up then goes into this thing where is sounds like it keeps trying to spin up.
then I get a pump error when I try to upgrade.

Other than the usual FAQ entry, I can't think of anything.

You may have a faulty drive cable, but with that kind of error it is difficult to tell.

Well Ive replaced the drive cable before so unless the new one you sent me is having issues then I dunno I guess Ill have to send it to you guys.
