Before I put this in the bug forum, I wanted to check and see if it might be a bad ID3 tag or something. I've got a few songs that don't have the year filled in or it's only partially filled in with 19, 1, or 199. I've tried editing it in Emplode, as well as in Windows and then re-uploading it, but it still comes in the same way AFTER sync. It shows up FINE when I drop it into the list. But, after sync, it reverts back to the messed up year. Any ideas? I'll give MP3trim a shot tomorrow, but if anyone has any suggestions in the mean time as to why this is happening, I'd appreciate it.

What do you mean by "re-upload"? Have you deleted the origin on the empeg before? Try that and be sure that it isn't there any more, then try to upload it again.
You could also try to delete the mp3-Tag (in Windows) with something like ID3-Tag Editor and the create a new ID3 Tag. This should work.
