We're thinking of doing tee-shirts for the Amersfoort event, and I need to know how many people would like to buy shirts. The design will be in the same format as each year before now: a white, short-sleeved cotton tee shirt with the "empeg" logo on the breast and the event logo on the back (see the event site logo).

Could you please indicate your preference:

I'd like a tee-shirt, size:
Small
Medium
Large
Fat Bastard

Prices are not yet known, but estimated at E 25 per shirt. You can either pay up front by PayPal, or pay on the day - but you will be chased for the cash, make no mistake.

Prices, ordering and payment details to follow.

Unfortunately, you do not have a "really fat bastard" category...

Or more likely, we're all guys, and we have learned the hard way what happens to our T-shirts when we launder them ourselves..

I want one. But I'm unsure of the sizing.

Here in Canada, things are sized by the American system, where a real "Medium" is often labelled as "large", and a real "large" is labelled as "XL (eXtra Large)", etc..

I normally get an XL, which then shrinks to a Medium, which fits perfectly. So if these are at all shrinkable, put me down for a "fat bastard", and it should all work out in the wash!

Thanks

PenPal.

PenPal is a service whereby somebody that you can vaguely remember writing to, as part of an "English Speaking Union" initiative perpetrated at your school by the geography/english teacher, is the father of a disfunctional family that turn up on your doorstep, from a far flung part of the English speaking world, with two appalling teenage daughters, demanding lodging. Subsequently, they ask for more food at meals, order extra dishes at restaurants, without asking you - criticise neighbours and your whole lifestyle and disappear none too soon.

....It happened to a friend of mine!

Hm, any other payment options for non-participants (PayPal won't let me open an account from Croatia, even just to pay with my CC). Wire transfer? Western Union? Cash in an ordinary letter?

If it turns out to be possible, please reserve one, the largest there is.

Edit: Ahem, forget wire transfer and Western Union. Just checked fees; they start from 15 or 20 euros... Ah, well....

Thanks.

What a direct bank transfer? I would have thought your bank should be able to do this inside Europe for low cost. If so, I can give you an IBAN and you can send the money that way...

Sorry, just 3 days away and missed the shirt-thing....
I hope, i still can get one XL or XXL.

I'm glad, the tee-shirt thing is going, cause i've got nearly no time to do it this year.

Thanks and cheers,

Thomas

The only direct bank transfer my bank (and others here) is offering is via S.W.I.F.T., which is fast and reliable, but fee starts at 15 EUR .

So, it is either cash in envelope or waiting for the next year, when, knock-on-wood, I will finally manage to come.

Cheers & have wonderful time!
