Great way to cook filets, by the way. A nice touch of extra flavor, and when you have them covered in sauteed onions (vidalia in butter and black pepper)...

...mmmm...sound de-lish I just use salt and alot of pepper, preheat the grill to high, cook for exactly 3minutes on each side and enjoy.... If it's a nice thick steak I turn the grill to low to simmer for an additional 3minutes to get that nice medium temp.... mmmmmm....mmmmmmm. Glad I'm not a vegetarian.

Great way to cook filets, by the way.
To each his own. I mean, filets are about my least favorite cut of beef and wrapping bacon around them just makes them worse. I love bacon on its own, though.
