80GB empeg (two 40GB drives), 3.0 alpha 7 player software, Hijack v380, jEmplode 54, Sun Java 1.4.2_03, Windows XP Pro SP1.
I have everything organized happily, and the empeg functions properly.. but suddenly, when I connect to it with jEmplode, I get messages like this:

..and it moves all of my artist playlists to the root of the empeg.

I tried connecting to it with Emplode, and I get this message:

..to which I have answered "No."

Inside Emplode, it shows duplicate copies of my playlists.. for example, Vintersorg will appear under "Folk Metal", and also at the root of the player.

Help? If it matters, most of these files are FLACs, with a good chunk of Ogg Vorbis, and perhaps three albums worth of MP3s that I haven't gotten around to re-ripping yet.
