Not suprising given that Kerry is up there pretty high too (as well as on my list and MBM's). Lieberman is fairly moderate I think so it doesn't shock me he faired well.

1 Kucinich Score: 68%
2 Sharpton Score: 64%
3 Kerry Score: 63%
4 Bush Score: 8%

I wonder what the differences between you and I were that made then closer to your position than mine. I would have expected the opposite.

Know a lot of people who would support Bush if it wasn't for the overriding concern that he is just disasterous for both the US and the rest of the world.

I bet a lot vote for him anyway.

Wow, they dug up someone I'd like less than GWB!

Oh crap. The Constitution Party told me that they wouldn't announce my candidacy yet.

That's crazy. I mean, I can only assume that the 1,2 ordering was alphabetical when they both hit 100%. Otherwise...that's just crazy!

PS - took the other test a coupla months ago: Sharpton, Kucinich, Dean...etc. As everyone else did, I winced at Sharpton on top...

If by "moderate" you mean "a Republican" or "wolf in sheep's clothing", then you're not far off. (Hell, "wolf in hyena's clothing".)

even Britain's right-wing party is rather to the left of the leftmost option available in the first questionnaire.
Yeah, pretty much the same deal with Canadian candidates, last time I checked up on them.

After delesecting the checkboxes to show everyone:

1. Your ideal theoretical candidate. (100%)
2. Green Party Candidate (82%)
3. Socialist Candidate (75%)
4. Sharpton, Reverend Al - Democrat (72%)
5. Dean, Gov. Howard, VT - Democrat (69%)
6. Clark, Retired General Wesley K., AR - Democrat (67%)
7. Moseley-Braun, Former Senator Carol, IL - Democrat (65%)
8. Kucinich, Rep. Dennis, OH - Democrat (63%)
9. Kerry, Senator John, MA - Democrat (57%)
10. Edwards, Senator John, NC - Democrat (54%)
11. Gephardt, Rep. Dick, MO - Democrat (52%)
12. LaRouche, Lyndon H. Jr. - Democrat (46%)
13. Libertarian Candidate (45%)
14. Lieberman, Senator Joe, CT - Democrat (29%)
15. Constitution Party Candidate (18%)
16. Hagelin, Dr. John - Natural Law (11%)
17. Bush, President George W. - Republican (9%)

Ha, ha.... even the Natural Law party beat out Bush.

2. Bush, President George W. - Republican (60%)
3. Libertarian Candidate (57%)
4. Lieberman, Senator Joe, CT - Democrat (51%)
5. Edwards, Senator John, NC - Democrat (49%)
6. Gephardt, Rep. Dick, MO - Democrat (47%)
7. Kerry, Senator John, MA - Democrat (47%)
8. Dean, Gov. Howard, VT - Democrat (42%)
9. Green Party Candidate (42%)

If the Natural Law party in the US is the same as the one in Canada, have you ever taken a look at what those guys espouse? They're just outright batty! Unless the questionnaire asked about your thoughts on yogic flying, crystal healing, karma, and lots of other new age mumbo jumbo, I don't think it would be possible to match any better than 10-15%.

Oh, I'm well aware of the batty views they espouse. But nothing of the sort was on the questionnaire. Clearly Hagelin has some view on foreign policy, abortion, gun control, etc. and some of us should agree and some of us should disagree. Instead everyone here--left, right, and other--seems to disagree with him.
