Is there anyway we can get trio, probably jrec as well, to support Apple's AAC format. I am an avid user of trio now, it's great. I have an ipod and this weekend started using apple's itunes and bought a few tunes from the itunes store. They are secured files and might only be able to be played by an ipod or itunes. Anyway, are there plans to look into this?

Apple's AAC format requires paying hefty licensing fees to Apple in order to include it on a device. It is also a copy-protected format with Digital Rights Management embedded. It is unlikely that you will see AAC capability on your Rio Receiver any time soon.
