As typo's go, that seems a little less plausable that some other prices would be.
Not necessarily... what if the "$342" price quoted were really "$342.50" and the person quoting the price just rounded it for the sale of simplicity/brevity?
Then just dropping the "2" would give you $34.50, an easy enough typo to make.
And if my grandmother had wheels she'd be a tea cart, I know. Pure speculation without a shred of evidence to support it...
