Nope. Just "Rios". "Rios" = "more than one Rio". "Rio's" = "the following thing belongs to Rio". "Rios'" == "The following thing belongs to more than one Rio".

"All three of my Rios have died. My most recent Rio's scroll wheel broke. I think that the Rios' quality is not very good."

Apostrophes are (basically) never used to pluralize. (Only in the case where the thing you're pluralizing is an abbreviation, like "PC's", and even that is very often frowned upon.)

Of course, it can also be used to abbreviate "is", like "Rio's" = "Rio is".

"This Rio's a piece of junk."

My Karma's wheel has just broken. I'll attempt a fix, although I'd really like to replace it with a new Sigmatel based player. So how long must we all wait for a Karma worthy replacement?

It should be Karma-worthy replacement because it is a compound adjective before the noun. Curiously, it's OK to say "a replacement which is Karma worthy" when it comes after the noun. If you really want to know.

But there's some wiggle room here since the hyphen seems to be dying out despite a slight loss in clarity.
(E.g. "New age-discrimination rules" versus "New-age discrimination rules". But how frequently do we run across cases like that?)
