If you upload photos, this thread could be handy for links.

Me: Saturday, Sunday.

I missed out on photos at the party, I really should get a smaller more convenient camera soon.

A very comprehensive record, Rob! Although you could have got a few more shots of the lighting

PS Yes, BA did fit seats into Concorde at that pitch. It was fast but nobody ever claimed it was spacious!

And the one at Duxford could never have left - the runway is long enough for it to land, but not to take off again /useless fact

The runway was shortened after it was flown in, when they ran the new M11 across the end of the runway.

OK, here are my pictures and Gaby's pictures.

And yes, there are more pictures of the Punt Goddess. Surprisingly, Gaby took a lot more of her than I did...

Actually, it felt very much like anything but that. Except if you were part of the single-guys-only punting team, perhaps.

Extra points if you can tell the difference between Andy's scooby and Frog51's scooby from that distance.

Cool photo Bas!
  • The ? next to Rory is actually my car.
  • The one labelled as me is actually Ian (Springheel)'s Renault.
  • The Silver ? in the bottom right is Andy (Bagpuss)'s car.

Given that you can't see either the wheels or front lights on either car it might be a bit of a challenge. If you could see either of those details it would be easy, without them both cars will appear identical.

P.S. they are labelled correctly in the photo though

I was not at the meet, but from what I can guess, the airplane near of the car park is an Handley Page Herald. Probably this one.

Yep. It's that one. I don't remember the tail number, but the markings are correct for the one that was parked there.

Great pictures everyone!

Did anyone else see her on page 3 of last Friday's Express ? Or was it just me, she was in an insert picture about the good weather. Not that I am stalking her or any thing

Cheers

Good pictures, everyone. Do you all mind if some of your photos are saved locally for future reference, giving credit of course.

Bas, awesome group shot. The black Volvo 850R (hottt!!!) estate/wagon belonged to John <sp?> from ARM.
