After the mess and concern with orders shipping, I went in and ordered an additional 64 Gig Blue with Tuner on the 5th of January. I just got my shipping confirmation on that order. I will receive my original order (placed on the 28th) for a 30 Gig Blue tomorrow if the Fedex site is right. I have a tuner on order too that changed to "Has Product Pending Shipment" yesterday. So if you haven't got your order don't dispair! Depending on what the wife wants, I may be selling my 30 Gig Blue. And if I get the tuner I will bundle that in... I don't understand how this company does business.

Grrrrr... I ordered a 60 gig on the 3rd and haven't recieved shipping confirmation yet. It's sitting there on the estore saying "Order Status: Has Products Pending Shipment"... fingers crossed.

I ordered 2 - 20 gig Empegs and 2 - Tuners on 1/4/02. I just received FedEX Tracking numbers for it all.

For anyone who is going to ask if I will sell them one, sorry - 1 empeg and tuner is for my wifes car and the other was sold to my friend who was out of town during the sale.

I also ordered then and have yet to see anything other than "pending shipment".

I also ordered a 60GB model and a tuner.
When I called on Monday, they said we show 200+ tuners and units in stock. Thought this was weird (and probably wrong), but I asked the guy repeatedly if he was sure this was correct. He said yes.

It took me until today to get through again; the girl on the phone said they were filling orders 1st come, 1st serve, but the warehouse was down to about 100 units this morning.

She could tell me nothing with regards to my status, my chances, etc. Recommended I check back on the web thursday...All this after waiting on the phone 30 minutes...

This is really frustrating...I know they are swamped but jeez.
