okay so i'm dumb and i'm okay with that. just wanted to know what the name of the dancing people visualization is and why i don't have it. or then again i could be dumb. i believe its the latter. anyway thanks in advance.

Dancing People is only included in the latest beta - You can get to it by following the link at the top of your screen for 'Latest S/W'.

Make sure you read the FAQ before upgrading your Rio software as both Emplode and the player's software will need to be updated.

thank you so much. one of my co-workers had this and i felt out of the loop. like the post says i got it today and i still don't know my way around. one of the selling points besides all the amazing things was that visual. thanks again.

Congrats on your new toy, and make sure to read the FAQ.

One of the things the FAQ recommends is to avoid beta software when you first begin loading the music onto the player. Beta software can have bugs in the music loading, and can make the process harder than it needs to be. Despite the lack of the dancing people visual, I recommend you stay with software version 1.03 until you've got all your music organized.
