Many of our fellow empeg users don't have time to follow the BBS closely, so they miss many of nice little utilities that appear here. It would be nice if every author would make an entry in 'Downloads' section of riocar.org (not neccessarily with the actual download, if they change often, but perhaps with a short readme and a link to the hack's homepage). Some of hacks and utils are announced in the news, but I think they should still have have their 'Downloads' entry. Also, please remove downloads when they become superseded by new ones.

This way we will be able to add 'See Downloads' to 'See the FAQ' in our collection of laconic posts

Couldn't agree more. Put stuff in the downloads section, folks!

I could agree more.. It would be really handy for people who are making XSL packages to also put their latest/different versions up there too.. I had to search a bit through the forum for one, so I'm sure people who don't read everypost in the Programming section like some of us (I've had to limit myself to one or two sections) might not even know there are pretty web interfaces being developed..

I totally agree with you too. I basically almost stopped posting because I have no time to read all that is being posted by others. For many, like me, it is virtually impossible to follow up. An updated dload section at riocar.org would be great!
