I have a Jeep wrangler and am looking for an amp to power 4 speakers, that has a small footprint (I am looking at mounting it beneath the drivers side seat), but is hopefully economical, does this amp exist or is it just a figment of my imagination. If anyone has any ideas please let me know.

You might consider Blaupunkt's PA4100. It's rated 4x100 W and its external dimensions are 10 x 2.6 x 9 inches.
Problem is it's not exactly cheap... But you might find it somewhere in the net chaper than in Crutchfield, where it's priced at $429.95 .
Good Luck.
