February 2004 is a ways off, but when we make our run to Prudhoe Bay in the next Winter Alcan, I hope that ours is the only vehicle with Empeg "sponsor" decals. I am looking for the exterior kind (not the inside-the-glass type) that will hopefully stick to fenders in -50F conditions. I have one, but would like to obtain 1-2 more. Our other sponsorship targets are: The Onion and ...... (drumroll)..........Beano. Price? How many six-packs of Sierra Nevada Pale Ale? Let's talk. We did a rally Friday eve and shared pizza with the gents that we're planning to run Alcan with (www.teamd.org) and it occurred to us "Damn, we're stuck! We're really going to do this!" Time to save up for the entry fee and some muckluks! They vary the route a bit, but I expect we'll be driving way north and will definitely hotel in Fairbanks. Soooooo.
