I purchased a 20 gig model with the tuner ... I was charged for both. Today ... the package arrives and it comes with only the tuner. Both were in stock at the time.

I am freaking furious. I swear to God if they don't have a unit to ship out to me right freaking now I will drive to California and beat them to death with my shoe.

I just got off the phone

I've been trying to get ahold of them since the 26th to get 2 issues taken care of. The 60gb order I placed that is still not showing signs of shipping, and the missing rechargable batteries and headphones from my sisters Rio Volt that I gave her for Christmas. Be thankful their phone system let you stay on the line.

Since my order had been shipped, at least partially, I called the warehouse in California that the product originated from. I guess I was lucky in that regard, since the problem originated there.

It appears that your problem is with the eStore people, whom I were never able to contact.

My order of two units + tuners, confirmed, supposedly shipped, and definately billed, appears to be lost, and I am unable to get through to support.

WooT, my worries are over as I just got my 10gig model no more then 30 minutes ago. Ordered the day of the price drop whatever date that was. Now I get to wait till I get off work to make sure this darned thing works and make the wife happy after install.

Sad to h ear you're having so much problems though. Hate to say it but maybe it was a good thing SB didn't go completly public with releasing these things. They are a company I would never realy enjoy doing any business with again.
