I have started up production again of the Exotic Wood Empeg Fascia's. I will be producing 15 of them over the next few weeks and then that will be it until another batch of orders comes in. I currently have 9 orders so there are still 6 more that will be available. This is all first come, first serve. I will photograph all the fascia's once they are cut. In the order I received the orders you will have your choice of picking which wood and stain you would like (or send me a picture and I will attempt to match it).

All fascia's are $100 + shipping (usually $5-10).

Here are several pictures of previous fascia's I have made:

Get your orders in now to [email protected] before it's too late.

Thanks,
Rob

That really is an amazing piece of work - I might just have to buy a classic car to put mine in!

Greetings!

I thought you weren't going to be working in burl anymore. Even so, if anyone is on the fence with this one, don't be! My car and home units both have wood fascia, and I am looking to pick up spares.

You are correct, I will not be making any more Maple Burl fascia's. While they are beautiful, they are just too difficult to make.

So far I have cut 2 cocobolo fascia's and they are amazing. Can't wait to sand them up and put on some varnish.

Greetings!

Wood and plastic do indeed belong together. My empeg runs a combined smoke lens with a maple burl fascia. Wow!!! It looks great. Check out my install page on riocar.org for more info. Thanks to both of you for making it happen. Backlighting the buttons is my next step...

No, my point was Wood colored plastic. Like the flat designed fascia's that I will probably be making when I get these other projects going.

Greetings!

Are you still making the wooden fascia? I haven't heard anything for a while, so just thought I would check.

This is doubtless a silly question, but have you considered a brushed stainless steel "look" fascia?

Real men love brushed stainless steel. (Or so I'm told; Oddly, I also like it)

Don't get me wrong - burnished stainless steel has its place. It just doesn't look very good with a wooden dash. I could easily picture stainless with DarkStorm's clear panel - very mechanic.
