Since I think I was one of the first people to get through to SonicBlue customer support regarding getting the price difference refunded on a Rio Car purchased within 30 days of the price drop, I thought I'd let everyone know that I received an email today stating the credit has been processed and posted to my credit card.

This should give others both hope and a sense of the turnaround time on the credit requests. For the record, I called them on 12/26 to request the refund.
