Hello All...

I am in the market for a good used laptop. I am seeking a system with at least a 500 MHz Pentium III or Celeron processor (or equivalent), a screen of at least 15" and a PC card slot suitable for a wireless NIC. The HDD and memory sizes are not really an issue since I can upgrade them myself. I am willing to pay up to $600 (Canadian).

I have a 400MHz Celeron with 14.1" screen that I may be selling soon. It would likely end up on eBay, but if you're still looking by the time it's retired I will give you shout. Good luck anyway.

I currently have several laptops for sale. I'm dealing mostly with Compaq Armada & Evo laptops at the moment, mainly because I found a great supplier and parts are readily available. I also have some older Toshiba Portege and Libretto laptops as well.

I have both new and used, speeds from 400 mhz to 1.2 ghz. I'm not sure how much info I can give here without infringing on forum rules, but my prices are comparable or slightly better than what you'll find on eBay. This is not my job, or even a side business. Strictly a hobby.

He is a friend of mine who does nothing but buy and sell laptops. He also has a good supply of smaller (30GB and below) laptop hard drives if anyone is looking to add more space to their units.

I saw an advertisement for this company on the NJ Turnpike (of all places) a few days ago. Looks like some decent deals for used laptops.
