OK ... it's an off topic forum so i can post what i like .. here goes.

Has anyone heard about the new Microsoft Customer Relationship Management (CRM) product which is being launched tommorow (16/1) ?

If so, is your company likely to consider a product like MS CRM ? or do you already have a competing software product which already carries out a similar function ? eg Siebel, Onyx, Pivotal, Goldmine ?

Please excuse the the blatentness of the email, but as you know, everyone could do with a bit of help in the IT industry at the moment, so any informatiom is useful.. Obviously this is completely anonymous so no need to name names ...

We are in the process of implementing Peoplesoft CRM worldwide (27 countries of it at least).

They use Goldmine at my work. I'm the Network Admin and have to administer it to a certain point and can honestly say I can't stand the POS software.
