Last night, Denver, Fillmore auditorium.

Was awesome...a real unity in the crowd!

They informed us they'll be returning June 6

They've got a concert in London at well but I forgot to get tickets!
Going to see Placebo and possibly Massive Attack instead though so all is not lost.

Saw them at Glastonbury (UK) last year.

.... as you said "AWSOME" (and I wasn't really bothered by them before I saw them).

They just seemed soooo pleased to be playing to a crowd it made for a fabulous atmosphere.

Cheers, Sim

I saw them around eighteen months ago at the Brixton Academy in London - I was pleasantly surprised by how good they were live, given how quiet an album Parachutes is. The support act (Alfie) were quite good, too. Couldn't be bothered on this tour, though, as I try to avoid gigs in arenas or stadia.

While we're on the subject of gigs, I thought Neko Case was excellent in Camden a few weeks ago (god knows what gig the reviewer in The Guardian went to), and I'm looking forward to seeing Calexico on Tuesday.

Bryan.

Yeah, with large venues I've found it's more satisfying listening to the band's music at home with a pint or six.

Last night's venue was relatively small and comfortable.

They are gonna play Red Rocks, just west of here June 6th...that is a huge amphitheater...really debating those tickets.

I saw them here in berkeley back in september or october, and they were great. I wasn't sure how it was going to turn out considering most of their songs are pretty mellow, but they really got the crowd into it. I'd see them again if they played around here for sure.

Yes i totally agree.. Coldplay rock! I saw them in Houston last week and they are just absolutely fabulous live.

BTW if anyone wants to watch the Coldplay Glastonbury gig, I just got the SVCDs and would be happy to make a copy for anyone if they want it..
