Hi all.

I am semi-seriously looking into buying a new radio control transmitter, and am thinking about the Futaba 9C series ones. Does anyone in the US know the cheapest place there where one could be purchased? Over here the best price for a complete system (tx, rx, 4 servoes, batteries, etc), is about £500, or over $900 US, and you can't get the TX on it's own. A quick web search seems to show that I could get a US version for about $350 or so, TX only, and I wouldn't be surprised if even that price could be beaten. Admittedly this is the US RC aircraft control frequency of 72MHz, but as the transmitter module is removable and uses the same one I already have, this isn't a problem.

Any ideas?

You might want to try CyberHeli in Hong Kong, thats where I got my 9CH from, sometimes it can take a while for them to get stock of the right mode/freq. you want. They will ship it to you with a 35Mhz module etc...
