I was in a pub last night where they were playing a familiar song from the 80s-90s time frame. It sounded like Simple Minds but I haven't been able to find it. It is now stuck in my head. Please help me make it go away by telling me what it is.

The chorus seemed to be:

"Aaaah, I love (or long?) to feel the sun on my face in the summer (or winter) time" repeated again and again.

At least, I believe that was what was being said.

Sounds like Alarm's "Rain In The Summertime"?

"I love to feel the rain in the summer time, I love to feel the rain on my face"

Ahh, that would explain why I couldn't find it. I'll blame it on the pub's sound system as it likely had nothing to do with my alcohol content at the time.
