If anyone ls looking for a server to play the demo on, a buddy of mine set one up here: IP: 65.190.161.62. You can check the status of it too. He doesn't want this IP advertised to the public, but he said I could tell you guys.

The best part is, he hacked out the 12 minute time limit for the demo.

I play under "Quank" if you see me there.

This game combines the best of America's Amry and Battlefield "Desert Combat" into one game.

If by chance anyone here has any possible push to the developers of this game, please just rely one thing for me.

"It's 2005. Support for 16:10 and 16:9 monitors should be standard in game, including FOV adjustment, and not something that has to be hacked in via a command line and a config file that if altered, gets you banned on servers."

Sorry. Thats my newest gaming rant these days. Half Life 2 did well, World of Warcraft does an awesome job, but het BF2 comes out and has issues.

I forwarded your coment to a friend of mine who worked on Star Wars Galaxies. He responded:

Quote:
I totally agree. SWG has supported 16:9 since before launch (almost 2 years now). There are some resolutions we don't support, but they are hackable in a config file and will not get you banned.

So, at least some game developers have the right idea.
