Just bought BF1942 and the latest Satch album 'Is There Love In Space'.

What to do first?

I second that! I'll be on one of many DC Lost Village only servers.

I'd say BF1942, since it seems the other's been done.

What else was I supposed to do whilst BF was installing and the CD was ripping?

Wake is good... What time are y'all on there?
I'm a little rusty with the vintage weapons though...

I never got into Desert Combat much. I didn't think the original was that well done but I havn't played it since then. I'm usually playing over the weekend on the server titled TeamFHA. I've found its pretty much the best as there is usually an admin on. I actually only play a few of the maps... Wake, Berlin, Stalingrad, Market Garden and Battle of the Bulge.

Anyone played Battlefield: Vietnam yet?

BF:V is great! I just finished up playing for 5 hours with two of my friends. We all sit together at my buddies place, and have fun. I had one round deep in the jungles of the Ho Chi Minh trail where I was 17 kills to 1 death sniping. It was great! You can just lay down and be still and guys will literally run next to you without seeing you (being the North Vietnamese) Definitely worth it. Need the first update bad though. In some ways its unbalanced. But as time has gone on people have become more accustomed to it, and can play well on either side.
