I tried to change my avatar on this bbs but was unable to do so.

I went My Stuff --> Edit Profile --> Upload Your Avatar. I browsed to the selected file (64 x 46 pixels, .jpg) and clicked "Submit". The only thing that happened is that my current avatar got distorted to the dimensions of the newly selected avatar, but the picture is still the old avatar.

The instructions list the maximum picture size as 65 x 75. Is that W x H?

What am I missing?

Is the new one a kayaking dude? If so, what you're missing might be Ctrl-Refresh.

Tsk! It's a sad state of affairs when it takes nearly three and a half minutes for someone to solve my problem. I guess the bbs is just going downhill...
