My tivo won't make the daily call. When I try to do a test call I get failed couldn't connect. I have "phone avail detection" and "dial tone detection" set to off. I have a phone with a line status indicator on the same line as the tivo and when I make the test call the line is never in use.

Any suggestions would be great.
