does anybody know were to jumper data lines 5 and 6 of the ide header, i accidentaly lifted the solder pad and need to get a jumper to location on the empeg/riocar board, any help is greatly appreciated.

If you mean pins 5 and 7 of the IDE header (pin 5 on the header is D6 and pin 7 is D5), try D6 to pin 9 of the 74LVX4245 nearest the right side of the Empeg board (with the screen facing you) and D5 to pin 8 of the same.
