I have the consumer image(mk2) but forgot to download the software for the same version. Version 2.03 software does not work with beta7. tfabris carpal tunnel Registered: 20/12/1999 Posts: 31578 Loc: Seattle, WA	Don't use 2.0 beta 7. You should either be using 1.03 or 2.0 beta 11. Both Emplode and the player software must be the same version. You must upgrade Emplode first, then upgrade the player.
